• Comment: My family and I were having a lovely time on Christmas Eve when we realized our furnace had stopped working. No hot water and no back up heat. However, we have a heat pump so we decided to stick it out until after Christmas. I emailed Handyside on Christmas Day and at 7:15am the next morning a staff member called to schedule same day service. Tech Ethan E showed up with a smile and got to work diagnosing the problem. He clearly explained what was needed to me and even called my husband at my request to go over the estimate for a new circulator pump. Ethan replaced the pump and did not leave until he was certain the system was truly fixed and up and running. This was the best service appointment we’ve had with any company in some time.
  We are a new Handyside contract customer which means we receive a discount on service & other fees. The contract has already been worth it!
  I also love that this is a family owned company!
