- Comment: I caused a leak in my shower valve because I was trying to fix our issue of a lack of hot water on Monday night. Chad came Tuesday morning and it was all fixed before noon. He gave me different options, showed me their membership benefits and I was sold. Couldn't ask for better or faster service!
