- Comment: Alex called and let us know we were the very first appointment of the day! He arrived on time, wore his boot covers, and was very kind and professional. Appointment was for HVAC bi-annual service. Alex noted that the surge protector component on our mini split system wasn’t functioning and I decided to replace it to proctect our equipment. We had some Handyside “bucks” which kept the price for the part and service reasonable.
