- Comment: Technician called in advance, showed up on time and was easy to communicate with concerning what was needed to remedy problems with our overflow tank on top of the hot water heater. He completed the tasks efficiently. He listened to our concerns about the increase in prices and our frustration with being unable to get any general cost estimate of services needed prior to this billed visit since we already knew the overflow tank needed replaced.
