• Comment: Although numerous companies tout their ability to exceed the customers’ expectations, very few actually do so. But one of those companies that exceeds a customer’s expectations is Handyside. Whether it’s the “front desk” or the technicians responding to a service call, each makes the customer feel not only important but, as well, conveys their appreciation for having the opportunity to be of service. Our recent request for service entailed a perplexing aspect and making sure the service was performed promptly and correctly, the technician called two colleagues to help diagnose the problem. And, they did! The problem was resolved and in the process of doing so, Brian, Rick and Randy demonstrated their expertise in a professional and reassuring manner. The day was highlighted by outstanding work by outstanding individuals!
