Had a couple parts replaced to keep my 23 yr old system running so i don't need to replace yet. July 2025--Very good experience. Technician was nice and explained everything. Their Handy Advantage Partner Plan with Maintenance offers so many perks whether it's HVAC, electrical or plumbing. Very glad I signed up for it since my system is 23 years old.
