Comment: I called Handyside because I had a slow drip on the shut off valve behind my toilet and they sent John out to help. He was very patient in walking me through identifying the issue and then outlining the options available to me. He did a great job of explaining the benefits of their membership program, which I ended up purchasing, and was generally knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.
While I ended up spending much more than I had initially planned (of course)… I am very happy that my problem is now fixed and I will definitely contact Handyside and John for any future needs.
