- Comment: Steven did a super job especially noting unexpected debris leading to him further investigating and therefore discovering a part that failed deep within the unit. He carefully explained what happened and what would be done to ameliorate it, as well as the expected timeframe for obtaining the replacement part and getting rescheduled. And all the staff at Handyside over the years have always been personable and helpful.
