• Comment: Geothermal HVAC, gas water heater, and UV water disinfection systems were installed. Installers Mike and Andrew were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, as Chris was when giving a price quote. Cost of all 3 items was the same as another company had quoted for just the geothermal (same model). During quote stage, Chris answered our emailed questions rapidly and comprehensively. During install, Mike and Andrew provided thorough descriptions of each system and routine maintenance. Mike made some calls and took the time to ensure the geothermal was set up ideally. We made our first call asking to start a quote on Tuesday 9/9, and everything was installed as of Thursday 9/18; probably could have been even faster, but we took a few days to ask questions and consider. In summary, Handyside has knowledgeable staff, much lower pricing than our other quote, and rapid turnaround on each step of the process.
