• Comment: Our technician, Devin, was great and went above and beyond to solve our problem. He was extremely professional and had outstanding customer service. We had a clogged kitchen sink and had originally called another plumbing company. The technician from the other company was unable to clear the drain, tried to sell me a total drain pipe replacement for over $2000, and left frustrated after we refused. That tech did still charge me the initial fee despite not being able to fix the problem. We then called Handyside, and we are so glad we did. We should have called them first to be honest. Devin came out the same day, and from initial contact, he showed an extreme commitment to solving the drain issue. He was able to clear the drain with an auger machine. We are extremely happy with the service provided by Handyside. So much so, that we purchased a service membership and will be calling them to eventually replace our A/C unit and hot water heater.
