• Comment: Vaughn did a great job looking over our air-conditioner and offering a few options for improvements that could be made. I appreciated his thorough work and his understanding and respecting my schedule limitations. (He used his time wisely to help me understand what I needed to know but didn’t waste any time telling me things I didn’t need to know because I had some schedule constraints the day he arrived for our system checkup.) He was personable and professional.
  When he returned to do the work we agreed upon, he did a great job. Again, thorough but super respectful of my time. Thanks for a job well done!
